Responsibilities

  • Lead the R&D teams. 

  • Partner with the CTO to define the technology vision and strategy of the company, take full ownership of execution and the underlying technology components

  • Co-op with the head of product and maintain a fluid project delivery and on demand requirements

  • Manage the various platforms development life cycle: gantt, architecture design, development, testing and deployment

  • Apply best-in-class standards for design patterns, methodologies,  processes,  tools.

  • Recruit,  train and develop each R&D team member.

  • Provide technical authority to your teams by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style

  • Set the R&D roadmap including goals and KPIs, monitor actual performance and provide ongoing feedback.

Requirements

  • B.A\BSc in computer science of known university\college

  • Must have at least 5 years experience as Software Group Development Manager.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience building complex web applications.

  • Creative skills and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Agile way of thinking, execution as a chess master

  • Proven experience

  • Must have experience 

    • ​development Hands-on expertise.

    • Operating in a cloud base arena - AWS or Azure 

    • react & nodejs, Python Or C#

    • NoSQL/SQL DB’s and have a vast understanding of data driven  environment behaviour.

    • CI/CD pipelines

  • Advantage

    • development of react Native apps 

    • mobile native application development. 

    • Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes

  • Professional experience in networking and administration of Linux and Windows systems.

  • know how to manage and motivate teams
